Job Summary:
KBR is seeking a Subject Matter Expert – Training Research Analyst to join our team. In this role you will work side by side with our Marine customers to deliver innovative, outside-the-box training by designing and developing immersive, mission-relevant scenarios across Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments. Work directly with Marine units to translate operational needs into dynamic scenario-based training courses that foster adaptability and decision-making under pressure. Provide high-level subject matter expertise to ensure each scenario aligns with real-world complexities, emerging threats, and evolving mission profiles. Support technical integration and functional analysis as needed to enhance the effectiveness and interoperability of training systems.
Role and Responsibilities:
Design and develop immersive, mission-relevant training scenarios using LVC-TE to support Marine Corps readiness and adaptability.
Conduct research and collaborate with stakeholders to create and revise scenario-based training courses that reflect evolving operational needs.
Assess USMC training requirements and provide consultative expertise to align scenario design with organizational objectives and functional baselines.
Analyze and optimize the use of LVC-TE technologies to enhance scenario realism, system interoperability, and training effectiveness.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and visual materials to support scenario development, training delivery, and stakeholder briefings.
Deliver and support training sessions that integrate scenario-based learning with emerging threats and mission profiles.
Advise USMC leadership on scenario-driven training solutions and recommend technology integrations that improve Battle Staff Training outcomes.
Collaborate across functional teams to ensure scenario content is current, relevant, and aligned with Marine Corps doctrine and operational goals.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Experienced in USMC doctrine
Experienced in Training Curriculum
Experienced in Modelling, Simulation, LVC Technologies
Must be ablet to obtain/maintain a secret level security clearance. Contract requires US citizenship.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred
Ability to lead a cross-functional team of Military, Government Civilians, and Contractors

40 hours/week
