What do you get to do in this position?
Services Subcontractors Manager is responsible for the service delivery/site execution performance delivered to customers by 3rd parties called subcontractors, on behalf or supporting Schneider Electric teams.
Subcontractors Manager ensures that subcontractor services are effectively resourced and executed in a safe (including cybersecurity) and efficient manner, satisfying customers, at required quality standards and budgeted costs.
The Subcontractors Manager will implement the Service Delivery Strategy defined by the country, managing subcontractor’s end to end (consider, select, enable, monitor and evaluate) and building a strong collaboration and performance with them according to yearly Business Plan established by the organization.
Subcontractors Manager is key point of contact between Schneider Electric and Subcontractors whether certified or not. She/he is also responsible for certifying and supporting Channel Partners during the service performance
This is Hybrid Role with both home working, office work and field-based responsibilities.

Safety & Cyber security
Foster “Safety first” culture among the services subcontractors by leading by example, deploying all set of safety policies and procedures implementations conduct herself/himself all required safety audits. Is responsible to ensure that every mission is delivered in perfect safe conditions and if needed requires adjustments from the customerEnsure her/his services subcontractor team Cyber security is fully compliant and report any incident.Execution
Ensure efficient and effective planning of the services delivered by Subcontractors to customersCoordinate the communication between Subcontractors and different Schneider teams when required.Ensure high level customers satisfaction and Subcontractors SE signature (Branding / technical level / communication/promote Digital Services offers)Ensure compliance with “Issue to Prevention” process for supply chain and quality issue detected on fieldEnsure that each services subcontractor is complying with all administrative processes provided by Schneider Electric Foster services subcontractor Business Generation capabilities by promoting their activity of Business Opportunity Detection ( Lead Generation, Install Base tracking… ) while being on the fieldEnsure full adoption and utilization digital tools and new/renewal licenses process for all contractorsMeasure and challenge Subcontractors services performances, then drive continuous improvement Deploy Annual Execution Plan and Services lean initiatives to support country services P&L performance.Management
Participate with Services Operations Manager to Country Service Delivery Strategy definition, based on Make or Buy policies from Lines of Business, which define service activities to be delivered by internal Field Services Representatives, external Subcontractors or Partners.Contribute to the selection and Request for Quotation of new Subcontractors with Schneider Procurement leader, defining a win-win relationship with those selected ones, sharing the program guide.Contribute to the selection of new Partners who will perform services, with the Channel Marketing program leader.
Support the Service Agreements signing process between the subcontractors and Schneider Procurement leader in the country, according to local regulations.Define clearly the Service ordering and invoicing processes between Schneider Electric and Subcontractors, as well as the Supply-Chain for products and spare parts.Assess competency gaps and manage training needs of technicians employed by certified Subcontractors and Partners, updating Competency Management tool accordinglyPut in place relevant Management System to ensure perfect collaboration, and team collective dynamicTrack and implement ambitious subcontractors engagement action plan to ensure high performance teamsEnsure competency availability in long term and anticipate competency evolution leveraging tools and processes dedicated to itManage all capacity planning Headcount through dynamic sourcing and attrition plan to ensure appropriate work capability within the team.Accountable for additional revenue and margin to country P&L thanks to subcontractors, as defined by yearly Business Plan
