Subcontract Administrator Asc - Early Career

Subcontract Management role in support of the fast paced M270 Launchers Programs with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences within the Tactical missiles line of business\. This position will be responsible for managing a set of subcontracts, including the management of supplier cost, schedule, quality and technical performance\. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams \(SMT\), which includes procurement, engineering, supplier quality and business management team members\. Communicates status on subcontract performance to leadership and ensures management to our internal operating plan\. Responsible for both production and sustainment program support\. Duties also include: Support bid and proposal requests, analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, and source selection decisions, as applicable\. Use of cost evaluations to develop pre\-negotiation strategies and lead team negotiations\. Also post\-award subcontract management functions including cost, schedule and technical performance, invoicing reconciliation and approval, negotiating modifications to subcontracts, interfacing with program and functional management teams and other functional organizations\. Manage contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi\-functions and multi\-level platforms\. Coordinate with POC lead on baselining and sales forecasting activities and analyze risks and opportunities to program financial plans\. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business, Supply Chain in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\. Entry level\. \- Ability to problem solve \- Able to travel \(~20%\) \- Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance **Desired Skills:** \- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR acquisition policies and procedures \- Subcontract management skills/practices \- Experience with LMAP, P2P, SCNav, SAP \- Demonstrated sense of urgency, self\-motivated **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
