The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for assisting with subcontracting and purchasing requirements in support of legacy and developmental products within Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC) department. Using the tools and techniques from project management, contract administration, and supply chain, the Subcontract Administrator ensures the successful project management of subcontracts in accordance with an approved contractor purchasing system. An ideal candidate must have proven project management skills and have attributes to make independent decisions.

YOUR IMPACT

Develop and execute supply chain strategies and plan for proposal efforts and program execution.Ensure that subcontract projects and processes are conducted with appropriate levels of completion and suggest improvements as neededCoordinate communication between internal suppliers, customers, and team members (e.g. Program Managers, Purchasing, Legal, Engineering, and Contracts)Create a cohesive project plan for GPSC’s material cost requests to ensure timely delivery of all requirements, including Government contracting complianceRepresent GPSC functional areas during contract Program and Proposal kickoff meetingsEnsure that all material cost request information received is clear, concise, and completeCreate and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements, analysis, status reporting, and project communicationSupport all subcontract requirements including cost, schedule, technical, and quality requirementsEnsure compliance with all terms and conditions for the subcontract including file documentation, internal audits, and internal policies/proceduresReport items of interest to management and provide recommendations for appropriate action as necessaryPerform and conduct competitive assessment and research analysis for material cost trends.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in related fields2+ years of project management experience or supply chain experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data and focus on attention to detailsExperience in a manufacturing and/or DoD industryCAPM certification preferredWorking knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and proposal management

Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
