he Integrated Manufacturing Engineering (formerly Production Technologies) Department works in a cross-functional environment that is focused on delivering high quality aerospace composite hardware to meet our customer needs and business demands. Work closely with Materials, Supply Chain and Quality to meet the needs of the business for product delivery, cost and producibility for non-metallic components across the businessSupport production issues as neededRequires specialized knowledge within the aerospace composite applications. Influence the development of strategy for the design support of new make composite part production and design, including control of resources and policy formulation.Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceAt least 5 additional years of experience in a program or project leadership role within an engineering environmentDesired Characteristics
