The Studio Group FP&A team is seeking a Manager to join the team and own the consolidation of Studios financials, reporting to the Director, Studios FP&A. The Studios FP&A Manager will be responsible for the consolidation, analysis and reporting of the Studio Group’s key financial metrics. The role provides a unique opportunity to become immersed in the various Studio business models, with the ability to gain an in-depth view and understanding of the full Studios financial metrics.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the consolidation and analysis of the Studio Group financials (Revenues, OCF, FCF) across all FP&A cycles (annual budget, LRP, monthly forecasts, quarter close)
· Assist FP&A pillar leads to effectively coordinate, control and communicate financial updates to key stakeholders
· Responsible for coordination and consolidation of weekly executive Studio dashboards
· Responsible for analyzing and reporting key financial / operational insights to senior management
· Assist in the preparation of monthly operating reviews and financial updates for executive leadership
· Key member of preparation and presentation of quarterly Studios Global All Finance Update to 300+ employees
· Provide variance analysis during quarter close & budgeting/forecast cycles for Corporate Deliverables
· Own FP&A calendar and global communications
· Assist with ad- hoc projects and presentations as needed
· Collaborate closely with 3 major internal studio FP&A teams to build a cohesive P&L story across the Studio Group
QualificationsQualifications / Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
· 3+ years of experience, preferably in the media & entertainment industry, with demonstrated progression
· High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
· Finance or accounting skills with ability to navigate financial planning systems
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver presentations
