Studio & Integrated Marketing Intern
Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

Support of Studio & Integrated Marketing & Promotions team activity in CEE & CIS; cooperation with internal stakeholders in the areas of:

- Brand and franchise marketing across Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brand

- Cross-LOB synergies

- Content promotions (Studio content – theatrical and Disney+ releases)

- Disney brand social media (Poland)

- Corporate Brand Management

- Studio team in Poland with daily tasks, including preparation of decks, campaign summaries and event organization

- Gala premiere approval processes for sub-distributors across all CEE markets

- Studio Publicity with junkets and press screenings

We offer a 12-month paid internship under an employment contract. We require student status, availability for at least 30 hours per week, and the ability to work onsite at our Warsaw office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

The role involves:

- implementing TWDC franchise marketing campaigns (Disney Princess: Create Your World, Mickey in Real Life) across multiple CEE markets, asset management and localization oversight

- production and admin roles in local initiatives e.g. fountain shows

- preparing pitching materials for prospective promotional partners

- implementation of global and regional promotional campaigns, managing creative approvals across CEE and CIS markets

- involvement in internal communication and dissemination of information to key stakeholders

- preparation of cross-line of business calendars

- financial operations (purchase orders processing)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Student of Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree

Nice to have: prior experience in marketing and social media communications

Fluent in English and Polish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Office

Strong ownership of the projects with focus on details

Basic theoretical knowledge of marketing
