In this position...
The Studio Coordinator offers comprehensive coordination for the design studios, manage office operations, and support the design team within a highly productive environment of 100+ staff members.

As a Studio Coordinator you will:

 Oversee daily operations, administrative tasks, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.  Support the Design Directors by managing their calendars as required, coordinating travel arrangements, expense reports and facilitating general coordination within that studio location.  Liaison with PC Renewal and/or Studio 2000X on IT coordination for hardware order placement, inventory management, and folder permissions.  Monitor the usage of studio cameras, if applicable.  Organize team recognition and anniversary celebrations and announcements with Design Communications.  Handle orders for materials and supplies using Fabrication Cards, credit cards or purchase orders. Reconcile Credit Card/Fabrication Card statements and prepare and submit expense reports.  Where applicable, manage new employee onboarding checklist.   Where applicable, manage offboarding checklist, including reassigning workstations, collecting badges, and completing checklists, aligned with Studio guidelines.  Facilitate fleet usage, driver status updates, including additions, deletions, and annual renewals with Design Logistics Team and Business Office. Assist drivers with online usage logs and maintain the fuel purchasing log.  Facilitate requests for loaner vehicles with Benchmarking and/or Design Logistics.  Where applicable, coordinate inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities.  Serve as the timekeeping coordinator. Track and maintain design studio vacation planning and tracking benefits. Facilitate and/or create annual purchase orders for design studio maintenance items.  Act as an interface with Ford Land/Facilities as it relates to maintenance to that studio location.

What you'll have…

 High School Diploma  Two or more years of office, project, or logistics management experience in a high energy professional environment  Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Design or Public Affairs  Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver on multiple assignments with minimal supervision  Ability to thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment  Excellent organizational skills  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Can-do attitude and a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment

This position is a salary grade 5.
