Work Location Springfield Campus Department Marketing Hiring Range 14.25/hr. Sponsorship Information Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Department/Employer Operating Hours Marketing Department How many hours per week are required? 5-10 Description of Primary Duties Student worker duties include answering phones, making copies as needed, directing incoming office traffic, occasionally running errands across campus, picking up and delivering mail, keeping supplies stocked, typing various documents, performing light housekeeping among such other duties. , and covering the front office when the Administrative Assistant and Department Head is out of the office, and such other tasks. Required Qualifications Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and qualify for Federal Work Study. Detail oriented, ability to work well with deadlines, task oriented, problem solver, having good communication and analytical skills, organized, good time manager, and strong written communication skills. Professional, creative writing and English majors or equivalent is a plus. Required Certifications Additional Qualifications Special Instructions to Applicants Must be available to work up to 10 hours Monday – Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. and qualify under Federal Work Study requirements.
