This position is anticipated for one year with a possibility to extend up to two more years. The position will work approximately 20-30 hours per week, June through September; and 10-20 hours per week, October through May. This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.
The position provides support to the Contract and Lettings unit within the Office of Construction & Innovative Contracting. This includes ensuring that contracts and bonding on the trunk highway system complies with federal and state statutes, rules, regulations, policies, and specifications in addition to the confidentiality of bid data.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Applicants must be current students in a secondary, post-secondary, or graduate school. Other qualifications include:
+ Enrolled in a business administration program.
+ Experience utilizing Microsoft applications and Adobe Pro software.
+ Strong data analysis skills.
Applicants must be a student in a college/university, trade, or technical school. If a student is enrolled at a credit-granting institution he/she must carry at least six semester (nine quarter) credits. If enrolled at a non-credit granting institution or one that only offers one credit per class, a student must be taking two or more classes per semester/quarter. Any lesser credit (class) load shall be treated as a semester/quarter off. Graduate students must be enrolled in at least two courses or making progress on a dissertation. You will be asked to complete an Education Verification form prior to appointment.
