In this role, you’ll support internal systems, assist in building out new digital tools and dashboards, contribute to legal financial tracking, and pitch in on process improvement and AI-related initiatives. If you're enthusiastic about technology and numbers, eager to learn, and the kind of person who brings structure, curiosity, and teamwork to the table, read on._ **Core Responsibilities** + Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools + Help structure and set up SharePoint sites to keep information organized and accessible + Support legal financial tasks, including spend tracking, vendor reporting, and budget-related activities + Support ongoing projects + Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, helping us explore smarter ways of working + Provide user support for internal legal systems and assist with day-to-day operational needs + Jump in on ad hoc tasks, from organizing data to prepping presentations and newsletters (no two days are exactly alike) + Spot opportunities to make things better – we love a fresh pair of eyes and a “there’s a better way” attitude **Do you have what it takes?** Who We’re Looking For: You must be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment.
