_We’re looking for a motivated student to join our Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation team as a Student Worker. In this role, you’ll support internal systems, assist in building out new digital tools and dashboards, contribute to legal financial tracking, and pitch in on process improvement and AI-related initiatives. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
+ Help structure and set up SharePoint sites to keep information organized and accessible
+ Support legal financial tasks, including spend tracking, vendor reporting, and budget-related activities
+ Support ongoing projects
+ Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, helping us explore smarter ways of working
+ Provide user support for internal legal systems and assist with day-to-day operational needs
+ Jump in on ad hoc tasks, from organizing data to prepping presentations and newsletters (no two days are exactly alike)
+ Spot opportunities to make things better – we love a fresh pair of eyes and a “there’s a better way” attitude
**Do you have what it takes?**
Who We’re Looking For:
You must be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
+ Are currently pursuing either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, Law, or a related field
+ Are comfortable with technology and genuinely enjoy exploring new tools and systems
+ Have experience or interest in SharePoint, Power BI, or other reporting platforms
+ Are proficient in Excel and not intimidated by a pivot table or two
+ Have a curious, problem-solving mindset and love asking “why does this work like that?”
+ Are organized, detail-oriented, and don’t shy away from documentation
+ Can communicate clearly, especially when breaking down technical topics
+ Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
+ Can juggle multiple tasks and stay flexible when priorities shift
+ Are a team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others
+ Are eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
+ Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
