For this role we need a student worker with a passion for learning and development, eager to get hands-on experience in learning and development! **Do you have what it takes?** + It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker with two years of study time left. + University level student, with focus in a business-related field with focus in learning or HR. + Must be passionate about adult learning and HR. + A Team-player by heart who is great at building relationships and making an impact across various regions and cultures. + A strong communicator and collaborator, confident in working with multiple stakeholders across the business. + Prior experience in learning and development or HR is an advantage. + English at fluent level is required. + The location is a Billund based opportunity only This is a 24 month opportunity in Billund starting from 1st September 2025 - 31st June 2027 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
