We are looking for a candidate who is studying a learning and development or HR related subject **.Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate on Projects: Work alongside our team to complete assigned tasks and contribute to team projects. + Explore New Tools: Research and introduce new technologies and tools that can enhance team productivity. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. + Assist with Day-to-Day Operations: Support the team in daily tasks, including conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports. + Create and Maintain Documentation: Help develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures to ensure clarity and efficiency. + Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as required to support team objectives. + Share Fresh Ideas: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve projects and streamline operations. + Stay Curious: Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth by actively seeking learning opportunities. Solicit feedback and identify ways to support mutual development within the team. + Participate in Team Meetings: Attend team meetings and actively contribute ideas for improvement and innovation + Be a Team Player: Engage closely with team members, valuing diverse ideas and fostering a friendly and inclusive environment. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Learning and Development Operations supports the wider learning organisation by helping to develop innovative learning interventions for our company. For this role we need a student worker with a passion for learning and development, eager to get hands-on experience in learning and development! **Do you have what it takes?** + It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker with two years of study time left. + University level student, with focus in a business-related field with focus in learning or HR. + Must be passionate about adult learning and HR. + A Team-player by heart who is great at building relationships and making an impact across various regions and cultures. + A strong communicator and collaborator, confident in working with multiple stakeholders across the business. + Prior experience in learning and development or HR is an advantage. + English at fluent level is required. + The location is a Billund based opportunity only This is a 24 month opportunity in Billund starting from 1st September 2025 - 31st June 2027 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
