Join our Global Responsible & Purpose Marketing team at Mars, where you will play a vital role in promoting responsible practices that align with the Mars Marketing Code. As a Working Student on our team, you will work closely with the Global Responsible Marketing Director and gain hands-on experience in supporting marketing approaches across our Snacking, Food & Nutrition, and Petcare brands. What are we looking for?Current student (Master’s student, or Bachelor’s student in 4th semester or higher) in business administration, media/marketing, communications, or a related fieldInterest in responsible marketing and governanceAbility to work independently and in a structured wayExcellent communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level+)Good MS Office knowledge, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?Support the internal deployment of the Mars Marketing Code across the Mars Marketing community, e.g. by creating training materials and guidelines, and working with a group of Responsible Marketing Ambassadors around the world.Support governance of the Mars Marketing Code, e.g. by analysing audit data and advising Marketing teams on how to bring the Marketing Code to life.Conduct research to support the global Responsible Marketing strategy and present findings
