2. Assist students with course registration.
3. Manage Excel databases.
4. Make copies and act as a courier between offices as needed.
5. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Ability to keep all information confidential.
2. Maintain excellent customer services with fellow students, parents, faculty, and staff.

4. Must be enrolled as at least a half-time student.
5. Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite, including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook programs. Preferred Experience and Training 1. Engineering majors are preferred.
2. Experience in an office setting.
3. Experience working with the public. Required Degree, License or Certifications Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment or office supplies weighing between 30-50 lbs. Special Notes To Applicants Length of employment : semester by semester
