Student Worker CEEMEA legal department + **Location** Prague, Czechia + **Job ID** 0000026310 + **Category** Administration & Facilities **Job Description** We invite you to bring your curiosity and legal imagination to our team as a Student Worker in the LEGO Legal Department!With learning through play at the heart of everything we do, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a global legal environment where even the fine print comes with a smile. **Core Responsibilities:** In close collaboration with General Counsel CEEMEA and members of the team support the CEEMEA LCR priorities, so that agenda and roadmap, which includes to: · Support the **legal department’s** (LCR’s) strategic priorities; · Support international colleagues use of digital tools, namely Anaqua and iManage; · Support efficiency, innovation and digitalization initiatives in LCR including support with implementation of legal tech solutions and other legal operations best practices, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders; · Demonstrate knowledge and skills of working with the Best Project Delivery approach (i.e. Stakeholder, Change and Communication management). **Play your part in our team succeeding** LCR CEEMEA is a team of professionals, consisting of a variety of legal positions, protecting Company interests in IP, Commercial, Operations, Compliance and Business Legal Counselling. The main focus of the team is to: · Drive LCR priorities and Agenda via constant business support on all legal matters; · Drive projects and tasks that support the legal department and the LEGO Group's strategic priorities; · Provide operational, tactical and strategic legal counselling on major risk related areas, including but limiting to negotiations, contract support, commercial matter, IP Protection and Enforcement; · Continuous collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to support time and cost efficiency; · Continuous building of knowledge base and sharing culture. **Do you have what it takes?** ·Enrolled in Bachelor or Master of Law (Jura) or Business Law (HA(jur.)) studies; · Strong IT proficiency; · Ability to work independently and highly organized; · Strong research and communication capabilities; · An energetic, proactive, can-do attitude; · A global mindset and perspective; · Able to thrive in ‘Best of Both’ work environment (i.e. 15 hours per week); · Ability to collaborate with colleagues at various levels and across global offices demonstrating teamwork; · Willingness to share ideas on identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of project delivery approach; ·Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken **Join the global LEGO family** The LEGO® Group recruits and develops people entirely on merit.
