As our Student Worker in the Business Support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate master and transactional data management that supports Danfoss' global Procurement operations. In this role, while collaborating with an international team, your main focus will be supporting colleagues in Poland - so daily communication in English will be essential. Your contributions will help streamline procurement processes and support smarter, faster decision-making.
The position is preferably hybrid (3 days per week at Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Chrzanowska 5), but there is a possibility of remote working.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Contribute to Project Work: Support project-based tasks tailored to your skills, helping to streamline and improve core procurement processes. Automate Key Data Flows: Help design and implement E2E automation of a current manual, Excel-based data flow to boost accuracy and efficiency. Build Insightful Dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards with full slice-and-dice functionality to support better data visibility and decision-making. Support Daily Operations: Assist with various business support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the procurement team, including helping to organize and lead team meetings. The ideal candidate possesses such skills:
Currently studying Business Administration or a related field, with a strong passion for data management and project coordination. Fluent in English with strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively. Detail-oriented and hardworking, with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management. Experience or willingness to learn Power BI and SQL for data analytics and reporting. Self-driven, curious, and open-minded, able to work well in a collaborative, easy-going team environment.
