Student Worker - Adult Consumer Engagement + **Location** Billund, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000026057 + **Category** Administration & Facilities **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + **Agile Participation and Administrative Support** : Attend team ceremonies (like daily stand-ups and planning) to learn about the consumer engagement tasks and processes and provide general administrative support to the team by helping to create and maintain documentation. + **Research and Data Analysis** : Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports. + **Lead analysis and deep dives:** Lead specific tasks and assist the team with ad-hoc needed analysis and tasks to support and deliver world class fan and consumer engagement. + **Bring your experience to the team:** Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming, ideation for innovation and improvement initiatives. + **Cross-functional Collaboration** : Collaborate with various teams (Digital Product Teams, Analytics, Marketing, Contnet & Editorial, etc.) to facilitate communication and support project tasks. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Adult Engagement leads the strategy and initiatives for how adult consumers and fans world wide can engage, collaborate and be inspired by the LEGO brand and products.
