As a Student Worker on the VPS Portfolio Team, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic business unit, gaining hands-on experience in a global organization. You'll directly support the VPS portfolio, contributing to key initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. What You'll Do Profitability Reports: Assist in generating and analyzing profitability reports, gaining insights into the financial performance of our product portfolio Power BI Portal : Support the development and maintenance of our Power BI portfolio portal, a critical tool for project roadmap management and performance tracking Project Roadmap: Contribute to the heartbeat of our project roadmap, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business objectives Launch & Opportunity Support: Support follow-up activities, including launch planning and opportunity overviews, helping to bring new products to market and capitalize on growth opportunities What You'll Gain Real-World Business Acumen: Develop a strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making Technical Skills: Enhance your skills in data analysis, reporting, and Power BI Networking Opportunities: Build relationships with experienced professionals across various functions within Danfoss Mentorship & Guidance: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced portfolio managers and business leaders Career Advancement: Gain a competitive edge in the job market with valuable experience at a leading global company Who You Are A highly motivated student with a strong business orientation Eager to learn and proactively seek out new challenges A strong communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Power BI knowledge (Ideal) SAP knowledge (Ideal)
