You will get the opportunity to learn and share your knowledge and through engaging with HR professionals from across the LEGO Group, you will quickly gain a valuable LEGO® network. **Do you have what it takes?** We envision you as a Master's level student or nearing the completion of your Bachelor's degree.Your educational focus is within a business-related field such as HR, Business insights, analytics or equivalent. Moreover, you: + Have strong IT skills across the Microsoft suite. + Have great analytical skills – you should be comfortable with working on large data volumes and interested in delivering valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings. + Have excellent communication and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing. + Are able to work independently interacting with many different stakeholders. + Are motivated to work in a global environment and collaborate across cultures and nationalities. + Are you willing to learn – or already know how to work with the utilization of cloud-based reporting platforms (e.g. Visier and Workday). \#LI-NS2 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
