Thrive in a fast-paced company that aims to open the world through education.  Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  Responsible for replying to customers’ requests while they travel to our destinations – both chat/messenger conversations and receiving calls Continuously manage and prioritize multiple tasks  Work as a team-player to best respond to customer needs Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations Demonstrate excellent customer service and support by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on EF programs Operate in a truly international environment Requirements: You currently live in the Netherlands (you have a BSN)Fully fluent in English All additional languages are a bonus!  You are available to work Sundays You are passionate about customer service  You are a confident personality with friendly manner  You are a clear communicator who enjoys speaking to people You are flexible and flourish in busy work environment You are organized with great attention to detail You are a hard workerWhy Join EF?
