Job Responsibilities:

The Sample Manager is responsible for the following activities:
• Collect demands (through Sample Requests) in alignment with Engineering Leads (TPL) and Program Managers (PM)
• Assist in the Planning of Sample Builds/Resources (internal vs external, considering Timing constraints)
• Support the creation of SoWs for external sample build partners
• Coordinate with PM, Program Buyers, and Plant to order and kit raw material for Samples.
• Order raw material as needed for harnesses only.
• Maintain a sample planning list (or in a tool) per function name (Configuration, Amount)
• Create and Maintain KPI (Key Process Indicator)
• Work with a Team of Technicians to Flash, Test, and distribute Samples.
• Create delivery Notes, Customs Papers with support of Logistics Department
• Conduct shipment of samples to engineering & customer sites worldwide
• Update Samples with the latest software
• Ensure Maintenance and Calibration of relevant tools.
• Support customer launches and system integration.
• Maintain the Sample Lab and equipment.
•The Sample Management group is responsible for multiple Projects and Customers.
