Job Description:Assists engineers in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing software programming for products.
Assists in managing assigned small project release including defining scope, plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Helps to develops test plans and coordinates and executes QA testing.
Identifies tools and processes to improve/facilitate production activities.
Works with others to analyze requirements and to translate into technical solutions.
Writes/updates scripts to support and enhance production processes.
Learning to troubleshoot problems.
Proactively communicates status on all projects and releases.
Learning to apply appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.
Gaining knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
Participates in special projects, marketing efforts and formal proposals.
Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have a knowledge of C++/ Python / C#
Knowledge of data structures, object oriented analysis and design
Basic skills demonstrated in design and programming
Desired to have knowledge of advanced algorithms in the CAD/CAM/CAE or graphics domain
Ability to continually improve and learn new areas
A one-year internship is required.
We hope you meet the following conditions:Second-year and third-year postgraduate students majoring in mechanical engineering, computer engineering or related fields.
Be able to ensure obtaining the supervisor's consent and be able to intern continuously for at least one year.
Have a basic understanding and a strong interest in the field of engineering.
Possess excellent communication skills and a strong sense of collaboration.
Have programming skills in C++ and python, and enjoy programming.
Priority will be given to those with interdisciplinary expertise in mechanics and computer science.
Candidates must be able to speak, write, and understand both verbal and written English.
Candidates are expected to be available for approximately 11 months, starting July 1 of each academic year.
