Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing & Events (EMEA)

Are you a proactive and organized student with a passion for marketing and events? Do you have native German language skills and strong English? We're looking for you to join our dynamic EMEA Field Marketing Team!

This is a 100% remote position based in Germany, preferably in Munich. You'll report directly to our Field Marketing Manager for Central Europe, who is also based in Munich.
Our mission is to partner with sales to drive growth and build a healthy sales pipeline across EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly international environment, working with many different cultures.

Your Responsibilities:

You'll support our EMEA Field Marketing Managers with a focus on the DACH-market with a variety of tasks:

Researching venues, managing logistics, ordering promotional Event Support: items (SWAG), and providing on-site event assistance when needed.

Creating and translating marketing content (website, Content & Communications:

Project & Process Management: Assisting with vendor onboarding, managing internal approval processes, handling bulk data uploads, and supporting reporting (Salesforce) and budget tracking.

Campaign Support: Coordinating the rollout of HQ campaigns and supporting partner events.

AI in Digital Marketing: Actively contribute to various digital marketing projects by leveraging AI tools.

 

What You Bring:

Native German language skills and strong English (oral and written) are mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., e.g., Marketing, Business Administation, Communications, Event & Tourism Management, etc.). 

First practical experience in marketing or event management, ideally in a B2B setting, is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
