Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben und SachbearbeitungErstellung und Pflege von Aushängen und BerichtenPlanung und Organisation von Terminen und MeetingsUnterstützung bei Marketing- und PR-AktivitätenMitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Sicherheits- und GesundheitskampagnenUnterstützung bei der Influencer-Kommunikation und Sozial Media AktivitätenUnterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von HSE-Dokumentationen und Berichten.Teilnahme an Schulungen und Workshops zu Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz.Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HSE-Projekten und -Initiativen.

Ihr Profil:

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Sicherheitsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen, Marketing oder einem verwandten Studiengang.Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Erfahrung in Administration, Marketing und PRGute analytische sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.Fähigkeit, klare und präzise Berichte zu erstellenTeamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
