Job Summary Job Summary

OPPORTUNITY Student Enrollment Coordinators, under the guidance of the Director of Enrollment and Senior Manager of Enrollment, will execute key strategies including grassroots outreach, feeder school partnerships, and social media engagement to support Green Dot’s enrollment goals. This role combines strategic outreach, community engagement, and customer service, with time split between school campuses and the surrounding neighborhoods we serve. We are seeking a dynamic Student Enrollment Coordinator to drive student recruitment by building strong relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is passionate about connecting families to our high-quality charter school education. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES > Develop and implement annual targeted student recruitment plans for an assigned group of schools aligned with student enrollment goals > Lead grassroot outreach, including community events, neighborhood canvassing, phone outreach > Achieve the 3:1 applications-to-seats ratio by following up with student leads and guiding them through the customer journey process until the point of school hand-off > Plan and execute school tours, enrollment nights, information sessions and other outreach events > Develop and regularly update community asset map to identify high-impact outreach opportunities > Effectively communicate, present and build relationships with school leaders and staff, parents, students, and community organizations > Create innovative strategies to overcome enrollment barriers and strengthen feeder school pipelines > Assist schools in managing and converting SchoolMint leads by providing strategic support and ensuring accurate follow-up > Analyze enrollment data and trends to inform outreach strategies and decisions > Ensure accurate and timely data on lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement o
