This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional mail services environment while supporting the campus community.Primary Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Facilitate incoming and outgoing mail transactions Sort, organize, and distribute mail and packages Deliver student packages to smart lockers Perform routine errands across campus as needed Assist with general duties to support postal operations Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting and carrying mail and packages Comfortable performing physical tasks, including walking across campus Qualifications: Must be a currently enrolled SHSU student Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently If you’re enthusiastic about serving others and looking for a great on-campus job with a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!
