This position is also responsible for investigating complaints including student complaints, Title IX complaints, employee misconduct complaints, and allegations of violation of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees policies related to harassment, discrimination, sexual violence, and respectful work place. The Student Conduct and Investigations Coordinator will work to ensure office policies, procedures and services align with the College’s anti-racist, trauma-informed commitment. **Job Duties:** + Provides overall leadership, coordination, and management of Saint Paul College’s Code of Student Conduct, and the Student Concern, Complaint & Grievance Process. + Develop and conduct assigned investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, misconduct, criminal acts or policy and rule complaints occurring at Saint Paul College, to ensure timely and fair resolution of complaints and compliance with state and federal statutes, collective bargaining agreements, and Minnesota State Board of Trustees policies and procedures. + Coordinate investigations with the responsible campus authority, ensure that the assigned liaison is kept informed as to investigation progress and critical issues as may be required. + ChairCARE Team. + Support the educational and training needs of the institution for a wide variety of compliance and outreach. + Other duties as assigned. **Salary Range:** The salary range for this position is $25.29 - $36.71 hourly. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Experience in student conduct and/or student development in progressive higher education. + Able to effectively leverage crisis management, relationship building, problem solving and decision-making skills. + Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with culturally diverse student populations. + Knowledge of relevant laws and policies (FERPA, Title IX, Clery Act, VAWA, and ongoing legislation). + Experience conducting investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, misconduct, or acts of crime. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in student affairs administration, higher education administration, or related field. + Five years progressive higher education experience in student conduct or student development. + Experience with managing databases (Maxient) to track and monitor conduct or complaint cases. **Required Application Materials:** Please ensure you have the following items submitted with your application: + Cover Letter + Resume/CV + References **Other Requirements** All resumes must clearly address the Required Qualifications as stated above.
