Talent Acquisition team member will fill in the Posting description after intake meeting. **QUALIFICATIONS** Job Scope: Ø Literature development + Work with agency to develop product literature and other marketing collateral materials + Collect necessary product and marketing information from internal sources + English-Chinese translation for news release, case study, product brochures, presentations and documents + Assist in preparation of Marcom related meetings and events, including pre-documents and prints preparation, meeting minutes taking, photograph and video shooting, and other logistics related support + Assist the preparation of trade shows: e.g. communications and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, show pieces preparation and other logistics support + Responsible for department filing: + Press clipping for Cummins news and advertisements as required. + Update Marcom contact database on a regular basis + Track and Maintain the design filing + Assist in Marcom warehouse management.
