We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role** Launch your career in sales with a dynamic student assistant position at Reckitt! During your time in our Sales Team, you will gain hands-on experience across diverse brands. During your internship, you will support the DK Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) in performance tracking, analysis and local strategy development for the DK business and support the Customer Activation Manager (CAM), Sales Coordinator, and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in projects to drive profitable growth in line with company objectives. **Your responsibilities** + Support the Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) with preparing external presentations and follow-ups, incl. trade stories and category growth opportunities + Support the TMM with sell-out analysis, reviewing market share and category trends monthly and delivering ad-hoc data pulls + Lead in the development of space planning presentations for external customers, supporting KAMs with shelf analysis and recommendations + Evaluate planned promotional activities submitted by KAMs and support with optimization based on Brand Marketing’s media plans + Support Sales Coordinator / Customer Activation Manager with activation and POS Materials budgeting and development, including display creation process, POS Materials planning, and material/sample sharing + Assist with maintenance and updates of price tracking and price list files alongside SC + Support the development of Joint Business Plans and key category projects: Medical conferences coordination, BDI activations set-up, roll-out and communications of campaigns to field sales, and executional assignments associated with Category projects + Collaborate closely with colleagues working in other departments (Finance, Supply, Brand Marketing) for report building and knowledge sharing + Review Brand Plans, performance and asset development with Brand Marketing team monthly + Assist in coordination for team activities and initiatives **The experience we're looking for** **Education and previous experience:** + Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Sales, Economics, or Marketing at a recognized business school or university + Background in supporting Sales Teams with excellent organisational and multitasking skills + Our ideal candidate has experience in commercial area or FMCG business **Language skills:** + Fluency C1, oral and written) in English + Danish/Nordic language is considered as an advantage **Software skills:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint + Experience with Nielsen or other 3rd party data providers + ERP systems (e. g.
