Student Assistant for Clinical Supply

The Student Assistant is responsible for tasks directly related to the Clinical Supply team including supporting the Clinical Supply Function, including supporting Clinical Supply & Logistics Associates with various hands-on and practical tasks.

This position reports to the Lihua Deng, Senior Clinical Supply Manager and is part of the Clinical Affairs Team located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Track and check Clinical Warehouse in Radiometer Denmark.

Room and device temperature check and tracking.

Device management, including delivery of device for calibration and updating files.

Perform data entry and system updates in Clinical Supply Tracker system based on stock and device reports.

Call for meetings and assist in meeting preparations.

Place purchase orders for internal & external materials.

Assist in preparing clinical trial materials kits for study sites.

Labelling and repacking clinical materials based on instructions.

Draft documentation template.

Ad-hoc supply related tasks.

The essential requirements of the job include:

You must have a very good knowledge of IT tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Miro, etc) and:

Excellent organization skills

Good communication skills

A drive for continuous improvement (in both process and people)

Interest in supply chain management

Focus on timely delivery

Ability to prioritize and be flexible

Excellent English skills
