Student Assistant in Sales Support & Customer Care

As a student assistant you would assist our 25 qualified sales coordinators that each support our retail and contract partners, as well as our sales managers located across the globe. In this team, we always have 1-2 student assistants, that are all highly valued colleagues in our daily operations. As part of the sales support team you will play an important role in providing the best-in-class service to our customers.

Key tasks

As a student assistant in the sales support team your work tasks will include

Raising orders and quotes in our system

Ongoing contact with our customers

Claims processing

Tracking of shipments

Ad hoc administrative tasks

Your profile & competencies

You are ambitious and among the best in class

You have a flair for numbers and an eye for detail

You are tech savvy and can learn new systems and IT platforms quickly

Bonus if you have experience with systems and procedure tied to CRM, Order System, Ticketing systems, etc.

You are structured and take pride in being thorough

You are fluent in English (both written and oral)

Bonus if you are fluent in German or Danish.

You work independently and solutions oriented.

Salary according to agreement

You will be working out of our office on Strøget, Copenhagen K.
