The Student Assistant is responsible for tasks directly related to the Clinical Operations Function, including supporting Clinical Study Managers and Clinical Trial Assistants with various hands-on and practical tasks.
This position reports to the Gitte Kjærsgaard, Clinical Affairs Manager and is part of the Clinical Affairs Team located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support in updating/creating project templates and plans in Monday.com
Archiving contracts in contract management system
Support with document completeness review and archiving for clinical trial master files
Call for meetings and assist in meeting preparations
Support with general administrative tasks as requested
Ad-hoc operations related tasks
Ad hoc support to the Clinical, Medical, Safety & Surveillance department
The essential requirements of the job include:
You must have a very good knowledge of IT tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Monday.com, etc.) and:
Excellent organizational skills
Interest in clinical operation and device development
Focus on timely delivery
Excellent English skills
