MUUTO IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING STUDENT ASSISTANT

Do you want to gain hands-on marketing experience with one of Scandinavia’s leading design brands?

Student Assistant Channel Marketing

We are looking for a structured, curious, and proactive student assistant to join our Channel Marketing Team, where we drive marketing activities targeted at interior retailers, online partners, architects, and designers.

In this role, you will be an important support to the team in our day-to-day projects – from campaign development and presentations to photoshoots and market research. You will gain insight into the entire process from idea to execution and take on tasks that combine structure, coordination, and a sense of detail.

The role is a part-time position of approximately 15 hours per week, based at our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen. Start date preferably in September/October.

Key tasks involve:

Upload and maintain content and presentations on our internal sales platform

Gather market research for campaign materials, POS, and in-store displays

Update selected content on our download site

Create and format PowerPoint slides for sales presentations

Support in conducting benchmark analyses

Assist on set during photo shoots or other productions, and manage file naming and uploads during post-production

Support various channel marketing projects

Your profile & competencies

Currently enrolled in marketing, communications, or a related business field – ideally in the final year of your bachelor’s or the first year of your master’s degree at a local university

Structured, proactive, and confident in taking responsibility

Positive and solution-oriented mindset

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Fluent in English, both written and spoken – Danish is a plus

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe

What we offer?

Muuto offers a steep learning curve and great opportunity for personal development. As a Student Assistant you will have your own areas of responsibility and build significant work experience.

The hours can vary, but on average, we expect 2 days a week. You will report to our Head of Channel Marketing and be based at our HQ, Østergade 36, Copenhagen K.
