Job DescriptionPerforms complex production assembly tasks involving structural components, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using both manual and automated tools.
Install a wide range of parts and assemblies, including landing gear, aircraft control surfaces, exterior panels, carpets, insulation blankets, roller trays/ball mats, stowbins, sidewalls, ceiling panels, lavatories, galleys, doors, and seating systems.Install components of various aircraft systems, such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducting.Utilize hand tools and diagnostic instruments, including screwdrivers, ratchets, powered screwdrivers, multimeters, and continuity testers.Qualifications7 years or more experience in aviation/aerospace7 or more years experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications.7 or more years experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading, and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.7 or more years experience in a technical or mechanical field performing work with basic hand, power and/or pneumatic (air) tools. 7 or more years experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system design.Additional InformationPhone Interview with Recruiter: We’ll begin with an introductory call to discuss your background and interest in the role.
