Pay: $28–$47/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (plus optional overtime)
About the Role:
As a Structures Technician, you’ll be hands-on in the inspection, repair, and modification of high-performance aircraft. From advanced composites to complex metalwork, your work will directly contribute to aircraft safety, quality, and readiness. You won’t just follow procedures — you’ll help shape the future of flight.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft
Remove, install, and modify structural components
Perform sheet metal and composite repairs on and off aircraft
Assist with damage inspections and complex structural repairs
Ensure all work is documented per FAA and manufacturer requirements
Operate ground support equipment and assist with component-level repairs
Support mechanical and electrical installations as needed
Always work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with 5S and EH&S standards
What You Bring:
2–4 years of aircraft structural sheet metal experience (or equivalent)
Completion of sheet metal or A/C Tech school preferred
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and repair manuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your own basic set of hand tools
Ability to qualify for Ground Support Equipment and SIDA badge (if applicable)
Willingness to work in outdoor and seasonal conditions and flexible to overtime or nonstandard workdays

Pay Details: $28.00 to $47.00 per hour
