Job Description

The successful incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to manage the structured debt administration life cycle and provide the administrative support required to ensure that all transactions are monitored and managed efficiently.
Key Result Areas:
Monitoring and management of structured transactionsFacilitate the administration associated with a dealGain in-depth understanding of the legal agreements, the deal structure, and key triggersMaintain a diary of events, lodging and maintaining securitiesFacilitate the deal pay-out processEnsure compliance with all requirements including conditions precedent, KYC, credit conditions etc.Documentation and summary of each transactionImplementation and monitoring of interest models of each transactionProfessional and effective client management and communicationCalculate and collect all settlements related to the transactionManage Borrower requests possibly requiring legal, transactor and credit approvalDeal with queries on transactions and maintain good working relationship with all clients, auditors etc.Maintain relationships with other business units and support areas in the businessLiaise with auditors, prepare audit schedules and deal with queriesCompiling monthly and quarterly performance reporting on the structured credit portfolioCentral liaison for information flow to and from clientsQualifications & Proficiencies
B.Com or similar qualification with strong financial backgroundA minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience, preferably in financial services in a similar roleAdvanced level of technical proficiency in Excel and WordGood understanding of structured finance and financial instrumentsStrong understanding of multi-currency cash flows, amortization schedules, and interest rate mechanics (e.g., EURIBOR, SOFR, JIBAR, ZARONIA-linked instruments).Key Attributes and Competencies:
