+ Undertake the engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems, and ensure quality of services on projects undertaken by the team. + Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the projects. + Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, reports preparation, etc. + Works on structural calculations under limited supervision + Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work. + Responsible to produce routine letters /or reports and other documents from standard templates. + Coordination with designers and consultants + Perform thermal design using governing codes and standards is an added advantage. + Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare façade engineering design documents. + Research design options and document findings. + Demonstrate capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment. + Able to work on Thermal Calculations and Condensation risk analysis.
