  Key Responsibilities: Supervise structural fabrication, assembly, and installation of steel structures (e.g., modules, jackets, topsides). Plan and oversee lifting operations involving heavy structural components. Coordinate with rigging and lifting teams to ensure safe execution of lifts. Review and approve lifting plans and method statements. Ensure structural works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural supervision, with proven lifting operations exposure. Minimum 3 years of experience with FPSO projects Strong knowledge of structural drawings, welding, and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with lifting equipment, rigging gear, and crane operations.
