Job Title: Structural Steel DetailerJob Description We are seeking an experienced individual with over 5 years of expertise in structural steel detailing, focusing on items such as stairs, railings, and balconies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust knowledge of structural engineering and be able to make an immediate impact on our projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant software is essential, and while an engineering license is preferred, it is not required. Responsibilities + Detail structural steel components, including stairs, railings, and balconies. + Collaborate with the drafting team and general manager to ensure project accuracy. + Create and design 3D models using industry-standard software. + Contribute to project planning and execution with your expertise. + Utilize AutoCAD effectively to draft and review structural designs. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, particularly with railings, balconies, and stairs. + Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles. + Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural steel detailing. + Ability to create and design 3D models using relevant software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Revit is advantageous. + Engineering license is preferred but not mandatory. + Willingness to work in-office five days a week. Work Environment The position requires working in-office five days a week, collaborating closely with the drafting team and general manager. The role involves using technologies such as AutoCAD and other relevant software to design and detail structural components.
