Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structural engineering services that meet project specifications, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Support project scope management and reporting.

Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Provide technical assistance during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, including technical bid evaluations and requisition preparation.

Contribute to detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Stay updated with industry innovations and emerging technologies.

Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge-sharing within the structural engineering team.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and seek assistance as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Proven technical and practical engineering skills with a strong track record of delivering quality work.

Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant industry standards.

Advanced knowledge of Eurocodes and/or American Standards.

Proficiency in structural engineering software such as Staad Pro, Robot, or Scia.

Strong MS Office skills and ability to manage data effectively.

Industry experience with some exposure to job site or factory settings.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be an EU National.

At least 6+ years of industry experience with a focus on structural calculations.

Advanced proficiency in Eurocodes and/or American Standards.

Skilled in structural engineering software like Staad Pro, Robot, or Scia.
