Mu client is looking for a Structural Engineer with a curious attitude and thirst for knowledge to join our dynamic and innovative team. The applicant will work with a professionally registered Structural Engineer, who will provide oversight and guidance.

Minimum Requirements:

\r\n\r\nDegree: B.Eng or BSc.Eng in Civil Engineering\r\nExperience: 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience\r\n\r\n

 

\r\n

Experience & Expertise Required:

\r\n\r\nDesign experience in reinforced concrete, structural steel and masonry structures for a variety of project types in the municipal, residential, commercial and industrial sectors.\r\n\r\n

 

\r\n

Work involving:

\r\n

Performing the design of structures with limited oversight

\r\n

Working with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects

\r\n

Allocate and review work performed by draughts persons

\r\n

Take responsibility for work performed and ensure quality control

\r\n

Work on multiple projects simultaneously

\r\n

Facility condition assessments

\r\n

Construction administration and supervision

\r\n

 

\r\n

Structural design software proficiency required:

\r\n

Prokon

\r\n

Proficiency in producing construction drawings using:

\r\n

AutoCAD

\r\n

Revit

\r\n
