Structural Engineer

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our Milwaukee team. This role involves designing and analyzing structural systems for a variety of building types, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring code compliance from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design structural systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsPerform structural analysis using software such as RISA, RAM, or ETABSPrepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and calculationsReview submittals and provide construction-phase supportConduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progressCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutionsStay current with building codes, materials, and industry standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)2–5 years of structural design experience in a consulting or construction settingProficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD/RevitStrong understanding of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood designEIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain is a plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
