Structural Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Structural Engineer to join our Milwaukee-based team. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about designing safe, efficient, and innovative structural systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. You’ll collaborate with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design structural systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildingsPerform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard softwarePrepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and reportsReview shop drawings and submittals, and provide construction administration supportConduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progressCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and code complianceStay current with local, state, and national building codes and engineering standardsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)2–5 years of structural design experience in a consulting or construction environmentProficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., RISA, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000)Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong understanding of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood designExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsEIT certification required; PE license or ability to obtain is a plusWhat We Offer:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
