Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Create and develop detailed mechanical designs with a focus on structural integrity, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and specifications.Perform comprehensive structural analysis and hand calculations to validate the performance and safety of designs under various loading conditions.Strong understanding of materials science and strength of materials.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Electrical engineers, Manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.Prepare Detailed engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, analysis reports and technical specifications.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices to continuously enhance design process and product offerings.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations and safety protocolsMust apply practical design considerations and utilize technical knowledge to achieve design objectives relative to manufacturability, cost, quality and durability.
Work Experience
Qualification:BE Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceAbility to produce both concept and Detailed design using CREO.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex calculations and simulations.Strong structural validation knowledge using CREO Simulation or ANSYS.Strong knowledge in welding symbols and Standards – API, ASME, ISA, ANSI & DINStrong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Good communication, organizational, teaming and analytical skills are a must.
