Structural Coordinator Job Details Job Location Chester NY AD Location - Chester, NY Position Type Full Time Salary Range $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly Job Shift Day Job Category Installation / Construction Description Structural CoordinatorThe Structural Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Trinity Solar’s engineering operations by ensuring the timely request, receipt, and upload of all engineering letters and affidavits. This individual serves as a critical liaison between our internal teams, engineering partners, and platform vendors to keep our projects moving efficiently and compliantly. Roles & Responsibilities: + Proactively request formal engineering letters and affidavits from our partner engineering groups in a timely and organized manner. + Track and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure minimal delays in project timelines. + Accurately upload all engineering documents to partner engineering platforms in accordance with internal procedures and deadlines. + Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with engineering partners, vendors, and Trinity Solar staff. + Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers. + Assist in identifying and resolving any documentation issues that may arise during the coordination process. + Continuously look for ways to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or operations support environment. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone, email, and text etiquette. + Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple timelines, and meet tight deadlines. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Salesforce.com is a strong plus. + Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. + Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
