We’re seeking a detail-oriented BIM Specialist with a structural focus to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected firm serving the commercial and wireless telecommunications industries, while also expanding into renewables and data center projects. What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain structural BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.Support structural analysis and design by integrating manual calculations and software tools.Create and refine in-house tools to automate design workflows and reporting processes.Collaborate with engineering and field teams on structure mapping and inspection projects.Assist in preparing detailed engineering reports and structural documentation.Ensure compliance with local and jurisdictional requirements for structural design and construction.Communicate with clients to understand design needs and meet production deadlines.Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM content and engineering deliverables.What You BringProficiency with Revit and AutoCAD (2012 or later).Familiarity with structural analysis tools such as tnxTower, RISA 3D, and MathCAD.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Programming experience with VBA or other object-oriented languages for automation.Understanding of foundation design and structural reinforcement methods.Preferred Qualifications1–2 years of experience in structural engineering, BIM coordination, or a related field.Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.Experience in wireless telecommunications structure modeling and design.Knowledge of structure mapping and inspection techniques.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.EIT (Engineer in Training) or Engineering Intern (EI) certification preferred.Work EnvironmentJoin a company that values hard work, integrity, and collaboration. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
