At TelevisaUnivision, we are looking for a Streaming Ad Innovation & Partnerships Director to join our Commercial / Advertising Sales / Digital Media team!
The Advertising Sales team focuses on selling advertising space across various platforms, including television, radio, digital, and other media.
About You:
A Head of Streaming Ad Innovation & Partnerships Producer leads innovation and partnerships in streaming advertising, developing strategies to create engaging ad content and collaborating with sales, marketing, and content teams. Their goal is to increase ad effectiveness, drive new revenue streams, and enhance user experience on streaming platforms, establishing the company as a leader in streaming ad innovation.
Your Day-to-Day:
The Head of Ad Sales for Streaming is responsible for defining and executing the advertising sales vision, leading a team of sales directors and account executives to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This includes identifying new monetization opportunities, building strategic partnerships with brands and agencies, overseeing the development of custom ad solutions, and ensuring alignment with content, marketing, and product teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing and inventory strategies, representing the company at industry events, and fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.If You Have:
Years of Experience: 10+ years in advertising sales, digital media, or related fields 5+ years in executive or senior leadership roles Proven track record in managing large-scale sales operations and delivering revenue targets Skills: Strategic thinking and business acumen Strong leadership and team development capabilities Excellent negotiation and communication skills Deep understanding of digital ad technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) Ability to work with C-level clients and stakeholders Fluent in English and Spanish Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and scalabilityBenefits:
