As a Stream Lead S/4HANA Training (m/f/d) in an international SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation project, you will be responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the training and enablement workstream. You will develop holistic training concepts, coordinate the creation and rollout of learning materials, drive user adoption, and ensure knowledge transfer across all project phases. Your expertise ensures that end users and project stakeholders are empowered for the digital transformation.

LOCATION:
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.
Creating passion: your responsibilities Training strategy and concept design: Development, optimization, and implementation of comprehensive training strategies and curricula tailored to all SAP S/4HANA workstreams and user groups, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business requirements Training planning and coordination: Planning and coordinating training activities across locations, user groups, and project phases; managing timelines and resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery Content development and enablement: Overseeing the creation and localization of training materials (manuals, e-learnings, videos, job aids), ensuring didactic quality and SAP best practices; enabling knowledge transfer to end users, key users, and trainers Training tool management: Overseeing the selection, configuration, and effective use of training platforms and digital learning tools; defining standards and requirements, ensuring integration with project processes, and coordinating with technical administrators to maintain content quality, user access, and reporting capabilities Integration and stakeholder management: Coordinating with process leads, IT, and business departments to ensure that training content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with project deliverables Quality assurance and feedback management: Monitoring training effectiveness, collecting feedback, and implementing improvements to maximize learning impact and user satisfaction Risk management and reporting: Identifying training and adoption risks, developing mitigation strategies, and providing transparent reporting to project management and leadership Direct business impact: Empowering end users, ensuring successful go-lives, and supporting the sustainable transformation of business processes through effective enablement Contributing your strengths: your qualifications You are a committed expert with a degree in business administration, adult education, business informatics, or a comparable field, with extensive experience in training management Professional experience: At least five years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, ideally within SAP projects Training and didactic know-how: In-depth knowledge of modern training methodologies, instructional design, and learning technologies (LMS, e-learning, virtual classrooms). Experience in creating and adapting training materials for diverse user groups Project management skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities, experience in resource management, and a structured approach to coordinating multi-site, multilingual training rollouts Stakeholder and communication skills: Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities, with intercultural competence and a high degree of initiative in a dynamic, international environment Teamwork and leadership: Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, ability to motivate and coordinate trainers and subject matter experts across functional areas Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments Language skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage Our commitment to you: your benefits
