As a Business Transformation Vice President, within the Pricing Strategy team, you will analyze, develop, and implement repricing strategies for treasury services products. You will collaborate with various teams to define the yearly repricing strategy and ensure timely and successful implementation. You will work on a large scale, complex projects with multiple lines of business and cross-functional teams.

Job responsibilities

Analyze and develop effective repricing strategies for treasury services productsCollaborate with product management and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business objectivesConduct detailed analysis of pricing data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvementPrepare regular reports on repricing status, circulated to senior managementValidate repricing strategy is appropriately modeled prior to Payment Sales review of price changes made on each individual billing accountFacilitate training for the Payments Sales teams’ in order for them to be able to efficiently review all repriced billing accountsComplete detailed validations to ensure approved pricing is established prior to client statements postingWork closely with data analytics, sales, and product teams to gather insights and feedback on pricing strategiesCoordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of pricing changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

3+ years of experience in an analytical function with additional experience in one or more of the following areas: Treasury Product Management, Sales, Billing and ImplementationsPricing and Billing experience 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

Advanced MS PowerPoint and excel skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications Proven experience in collaborating across teams and lines of business within large organizations, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teamsWell-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication skillsA high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
