What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will lead transformation efforts for a Department of Defense client. The Strategy & Transformation Manager will lead a team in conducting an organizational assessment, future state visioning, and the formulation of a change management strategy and plan. The duties of this role include but are not limited to :

Leading teams in the development of organizational assessments, change management, future state visioning, and general strategy and transformation consulting

Developing and leading teams in the development of multi-channel communications products for communicating with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders

Developing metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of transformation efforts

Preparing for and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings

Providing direction and technical assistance to a team of at least 5 in the areas of problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex solutions

Managing multiple concurrent assignments while directing the work of a team and ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products

Preparing a wide range of briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans communicate program status and progress to senior leadership


What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree

SEVEN (7) or more years of relevant strategy and transformation consulting experience and directing the work of a team.

Experience working with the DOD

Must be willing to go on client site in the Aberdeen area


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

Information technology organization knowledge/expertise

Excellent communications skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal

Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
